1. Introduction
By using our services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions, Confidentiality Agreement (NDA), Refund Policy, and Liability Waiver.
2. Services Provided
We provide Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, and Energy Healing services. These are not substitutes for professional advice.
3. Client Acknowledgement
- Participation is voluntary.
- Sessions are educational.
- No diagnosis, treatment, or cure is provided.
4. Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older or have guardian consent.
- Must not be under the influence during sessions.
5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)
- All information remains confidential.
- Disclosure only when required by law.
6. Session Policies
- 24 hours’ notice for cancellation.
- No-shows may forfeit session fees.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is required before sessions.
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
8. Refund Policy
- Single Sessions: Non-refundable.
- Packages: Non-refundable.
- Group Programs: Non-refundable once access is provided.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials remain the property of Rebel Soul Coaching.
10. Limitation of Liability
Client holds Rebel Soul Coaching harmless.
11. Medical Disclaimer
Our services do not replace professional healthcare.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for events beyond our control.
13. Governing Law
Governing law of UK, Singapore and UAE.
14. Entire Agreement
Complete agreement between the parties.
